Learning Needs Analysis 01LNA

Learn how to determine the training needs of individuals and groups in alignment with your organisational goals. Your learning will be deepened if you bring to the session details of a real analysis you are wishing to complete.

The module uncovers a straightforward yet comprehenisve way to really analyse training needs from the organisation perspective right down to the needs of an individual.

Time will also be spent on determining some of the measurements that need to be put in place before training commences. These include organisational objectives, performance objectives and overall business goals. Without these it is impossible to quantify ROI at the end of the needed training.

Optional: If you wish to obtain the NZQA Unit Standards linked to Learning Needs Analysis, you will be required to do 3 individual LNA’s and 1 group LNA after the workshop for the assessment.

The Unit Standards covered include: 7103 Level 4 Credits 4; 7105 Level 5 Credits 8.

You will have 3 months in which to complete the work.

Note: each module can also be taken separately and/or through the Recognition of Current Competency model whereby you would be assessed on workplace evidence presented during a professional conversation assessment.

To round out your learning as a trainer you should also consider modules in the train the trainer programme and also include the module about the evaluation of effective training.

Distance learning for this module is available.

E-Learning delivery for this module is days away.
