Website Changes.

As always promised, Grow-Me continues to expand and evolve. This has meant that we have improved the search capability and results displayed. The focus continues to be on the usability for the customer. Customers now see 10 results per page as opposed to 3. Feedback has been hugely positive.

Bookings on the increase.

Isn’t this what we all want to see!! There has been a marked increase in bookings and enquiries. What we thought of doing – instead of billing on a monthly basis we will bill when your balance on your account reaches $50 or more. We felt that sending out invoices for amounts less than $50 would make the administration process more user friendly for all concerned.

Countdown to HRINZ conference.

This conference takes place on 2, 3 September with an audience of Corporate HR personnel. This makes it a fantastic opportunity for Grow-Me to market all providers so please ensure your information/courses are up to date.

Providers to follow up.

We are getting you the customers, now we need you to follow up. When people are enquiring we are doing a follow up a few days later and they say they haven’t had a response from the provider or comments are that the response rate is slow. The address these enquiries get emailed to are the ones on your provider page on Grow-Me. If this mailbox is not accessed often, please suggest another email address to use.

Proactive Maintenance.

Grow-Me have employed an admin person to review all course content, especially scheduled dates and update if need be. Please can we ask providers to take ownership of their data and also regularly check dates have not expired. Most enquiries coming through are to know if courses are still being run because the dates have passed.

Pssst

There are some exciting developments in the pipeline. Let’s just say we are working on some strategic relationships and payment gateways.
