Lead facilitator, Jenni Murphy-Scanlon, has over 20 years experience in Learning and Development, Human Resources and Organisational Development roles. She has designed and implemented a range of leadership development programmes at various levels. She is the originator of the concept of 'Strategical Savvy' as an Organisational Competency, has developed a proprietary process for teaching strategic thinking and has written numerous articles, reports and an e-book on the topic.
