Hosted by the Ministry of Economic Development, the NZPA provides high quality training and education primarily to State sector procurers; however the courses listed below are also available to individuals in the private sector.
Course Overview:
Negotiation is a key skill in any procurer's toolbox. This course will teach you how to apply the key principles of successful negotiation to ensure a 'win-win' situation, including how to use power effectively, how to resolve conflict and how to bargain effectively.
