"While most facilitators bring their own approaches to a session, the best facilitators allow the solution to be defined and owned by the individuals they are facilitating." Unknown

A common shift within organisations is the growing importance given to the role of internal facilitation. It is recognized as a core competency essential for achieving results in groups, and it is appearing on a growing number of job descriptions. Coupled with this shift, is the reality that organizations are more interactive and complex than ever. These complexities demand a different level of capability from it’s facilitators.

Over the two days of this programme you will develop your facilitation capability to ensure you have a greater depth of understanding and know-how so you can confidently facilitate more complex dilemmas.

On successful completion of this programme, it is expected you will have the tools to be able to:
•Understand the stages of the facilitation process
•Get familiar with a wide range of process tools
•Create effective process designs and know how to adapt them as the need occurs
•Structure and lead complex decision making processes
•Explore strategies that deal with complex dilemmas
