A certified interactive two-day course designed for professionals who are looking to understand and implement Belbin Team Roles theory within the workplace.

On successful completion of the two-day course delegates will have:
• Knowledge and confidence to use the Belbin Team Roles model
• Good understanding of how to interpret and give feedback on Team Roles reports to individuals and teams
• Belbin texts for reference purposes
• Handout resources to facilitate application activities
• A signed certificate from Meredith Belbin, awarded on passing the accreditation test
• The right to use the Belbin Accreditation Logo (subject to terms and conditions)
• Full back-up and support from Leadership Solutions as Belbin Associates’ New Zealand representative
• Membership of the Belbin Users Network – an informal group that meets periodically to update and share ideas.

The programme runs at least five times each year - rotating between Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington and Christchurch. A maximum of six attend any one programme so that we can tailor aspects of the course to participants’ particular needs and use discussions to address specified areas of interest.

The cost covers the programme, a comprehensive workbook, lunch, refreshments on both days and copies of Management Teams: Why They Succeed Or Fail (2009 edition) and Team Roles At Work, both by Meredith Belbin and marking of your accreditation test by Belbin Associates UK.
