Conducting disciplinary meetings is generally a stressful time for everyone involved. This is a practical course designed specifically to give you the confidence and experience to undertake disciplinary meetings in your workplace. You will be involved in twelve disciplinary meetings during this two day course, getting hands-on experience in a wide variety of situations.
