Who Should Attend

Open to anyone who has to work with others and wants to develop positive people skills.

Participants will learn specific techniques to neutralise the negative effect that difficult people can have on others. They will learn to communicate confidently with their own 'difficult people' by recognising the different communication styles people use.

Different styles people use in communication with each other
Why are people difficult?
How people behave in conflict situations
How to 'flex' your own style
How to recognise stress and conflict in yourself and others.
