She is the Learning Works (attached to Wintec) expert on Succession Planning and has written a number of articles on the topic of Succession Planning and developing 'High Potentials'. She is the originator of the concept of 'Strategical Savvy' as an Organisational Competency, has developed a proprietary process for teaching strategic thinking and has written numerous articles, reports and an e-book on the topic.
