This programme is unique and specially designed by the Institute to meet the needs of Directors and top level executives. It builds on the cutting-edge business theory and topics taught in leading business schools in Europe, USA, and Australasia, and the work Dr. Geoff Lorigan and other Institute faculty have developed over the last decade. It also caters for the learning and time constraints of top-level executives.

Many executives work their way up to senior levels through functional expertise but lack the knowledge and skills to view the organization from a holistic, integrated, strategic perspective.

The Institute’s Leadership Programmes focus on the key attributes of personal awareness, emotional intelligence, developing high performance teams, and thinking strategically.

The programme is module-based and participants attend three five-day residential modules over three months.
