BUSINESS CHALLENGE

The key to a successful Human Resource Management is to ensure that their people strategies are in-line with and support the overall organisational strategy. Understanding the organizational strategy is just the beginning, in high performing organizations every other strategy then clearly links back to the overall strategy, vision or principles the govern the business. Often managing poor performance can be time consuming and difficult to communicate. Using aligned strategies reduces the anxiety and allows for clarity.

This programme provides tools to understand the current strategy, review and contribute to it by cascading it through the organisation. The programme addresses the challenge of managing shorter tenure and how mapping the business processes across the organisations structure will ensure that information is captured for a changing environment.

PROGRAMME STRUCTURE
The programme is a two-day interactive workshop and provides participants with the opportunity to raise and explore their own HR challenges and needs.

They will have a clear understanding of to align performance expectations with the organisation’s strategy and how this can add value to the business.
