Life Code Matrix is a discovery process that reveals an individual’s authentic strengths based identity, and enables them to live from that consciousness.
At work and in life generally we learn to play roles that can mean we end up acting out of alignment with whom we really are. Role playing can bring success, but eventually the disconnect between the role(s) we play, and our authentic selves, leads to internal stagnation.
Intrinsic individual change is the cornerstone of positive organisational change. To be real and sustainable it has to come from inside a person.
Life Code Matrix is not just a mental process. It involves the whole person.
Life Code Matrix uses the senses rather than ideas and concepts as the portal through which individuals can connect with identify and live from their life code. This immediately moves the process beyond being an intellectual exercise and the adoption of different ideas.
