The Leadership Programme is offered by the Institute for Strategic Leadership for mid-career managers and professionals who have been identified as high caliber with outstanding capabilities.
This 5-day intensive residential programme invites you to reflect on your current leadership style and learn how to develop your leadership capabilities for more senior roles.
As a future senior manager, you will be required to venture into areas where the skill set that enabled your success so far may not be relevant. As a senior manager you must develop the capability to provide leadership I more complex and diverse situations, including maximizing the power of the team by providing processes for group buy-in and decision-making.
