Leadership is the ability to influence those around you in order to achieve a common objective, that unique and rare ability to influence people is achieved by a combination of leadership behaviours and skills, all of which can be learnt.
This 6 hour workshop looks at the two main areas of leadership, firstly the ability to lead yourself and secondly the ability to lead others
Objectives:
By the end of this session you be able to:
Understand the meaning of leadership
Understand the basic components of the psychological type model i.e. the preference pairs or dichotomies
Be aware of your own MBTI profile
Understand the basic interactions of the model – that is, the eight basic mental functions in extraverted and introverted directions
Understand your own personal decision making style
Clarify and reframe information to better suit the communication styles of others
