Leadership mentoring enables Managers to focus on their core strengths and capabilities, to maximise their effectiveness, as well as identify gaps or challenges and resolving them.

Elite LD Limited works with senior and mid-level executives, managers and business professionals at all levels of leadership. Our leadership mentoring is designed to assist them in developing their existing capabilities and adopting the strategies necessary to become as effective and successful as possible.

Leadership mentoring involves a leadership expert designing a leadership development programme to suit your needs. This commonly involves regular one-on-one sessions with each Manager interspersed with group workshops. In-between the sessions the Managers receiving mentoring have access to a leadership expert, who can assist with any daily people issues.

Objectives:

Participants to demonstrate understanding of their personal skills, strengths, attributes and values for leadership responsibilities.
Participants to demonstrate increased understanding about what effective leadership comprises of and what leadership styles and behaviours work.
Participants to demonstrate changed leadership behaviour on-the-job

Mark Wager is an experienced Manager and MBTI certified practitioner.

With over 20 years of managerial experience in various industries including Retail, Finance industry and the public service in the United Kingdom and here in New Zealand

Mark has written many articles on success and leadership for publications such as Lifestyle for Men (US), M2 magazine, NZ management monthly, NZ Business magazine and ME magazine.
