As a manager you want staff who are motivated and productive and who get job satisfaction from doing their job well. Do you have a plan to ensure these requirements are met?

This one-day course is an introduction to managing your staff's performance so that they are motivated, more productive and have increased job satisfaction.

The course covers the principles of performance management and why it is important; setting goals and expectations with your staff; giving feedback and conducting performance appraisals to develop your staff and enhance productivity. As well as demonstrating and practising specific skills and scenarios in small groups you will develop strategies to resolve a number of typical performance problems.


At the conclusion of the course you will have developed your own plan to take away and implement.
