This course shows you tools, features, and tips in Outlook to help organise your day. As a participant on this course, you will learn to get the most out of Outlook and how to use it to keep track of the different tasks that you are currently working on. You will also find out how you can reduce the number of unimportant items from cluttering up your Inbox, leaving you with more time to concentrate on the items of higher importance.

Requirements:
Participants should be familiar with Outlook and able to do the following:
* Send and receive email.
* Understand the differences between the To, Cc and Bcc fields.
* Schedule a meeting request.
* Specify a mixture of required attendees, optional attendees and resources when scheduling meeting requests.
* Set a recurrence pattern when for a meeting request.
* Locate and select people from the Global Address List.
* Create, move and delete folders.
* Move items (e.g. email messages) between folders.
