In an increasingly complex and competitive environment organisations are adopting more of a project approach to business as usual in order to achieve strategic objectives. This often leads to development of a programme (or portfolio) of projects, which become central to the operations of the organisation. Also it may lead to a small number of mission critical projects, often with a complex mix of stakeholders and supply chain dynamics, for which the risks are too great to tolerate project failure. The Advanced Project Management builds upon the foundation of the project management fundamentals or diploma programmes and builds your skills to the next level to address these business challenges.
