In today's turbulent and complex environment, the ability to manage and achieve significant organisational goals has become an increasingly vital skill. Project management has therefore moved rapidly into virtually every industry sector in New Zealand, from agriculture and insurance to banking and telecommunications. The successful implementation of projects requires structured processes and tools and techniques that enable organisations to achieve results and improve their bottom line performance. Smart organisations therefore pursue ways to develop their capacity to consistently and continually achieve successful project outcomes.

Victoria Executive Development is pleased to offer a suite of Project Management workshops, Practical Project Management, Project Management Level 1 and Project Management Level 2 facilitated by Ron Eckman.

Project Management Level 1:
This workshop introduces you to modern project management and provides you with useful frameworks and concepts. The emphasis is on ensuring that you can apply what you learn from the workshop in your own organisation immediately.

The workshop takes a practical and realistic approach to project management. It also provides a basic framework of project management principles so that you can apply a structured approach to your projects. The training is independent of project management software.
