Format
Three four-hour sessions, held on the same day each week for three consecutive weeks, followed by two webinars. Just as social media is an interactive format, this workshop will be interactive, ensuring that participants practise what they learn.
This is also an agile workshop, designed using the principles behind agile software development to ensure the course meets the real needs of the participants.
