Managing stakeholders can be challenging and complex. This course introduces a systems approach to stakeholder management using tools such as 'stakeholder analysis', 'group model building' and 'causal loop modelling'. The course will equip you with tools you can use immediately in your workplace.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
* Analyse stakeholders using a systematic stakeholder analysis methodology
* Develop a shared mental model of stakeholders in conflict using a systems approach to stakeholder participation

Dr Arun Elias is the Director of Postgraduate Programmes in Management at the Victoria Management School, Victoria University of Wellington. He teaches Systems Thinking and Operations Management in the post-experience (eg, MBA) and post-graduate (eg, MMS) and undergraduate (eg, BCA) programmes at Victoria University. His research interests include stakeholder management, systems thinking and modelling and environmental conflict management. He has published widely on these topics.
