"Life would be so simple if everyone thought like me!". "I know the others in my team are intelligent people but sometimes I just don't understand them". "It all seems so obvious to me so why don't they get it?". We are often tempted to assume that other people are being deliberately difficult, or just plain thick, when they don't want to do things our way.

Yet research into how people think can provide us with interesting insights into why others behave differently and how this can actually strengthen rather than weaken a team. It enables us to not just understand others but employ strategies to harness the value that comes with diversity.

This workshop looks at how differences in our natural brain preferences affect how we interact with the world and each other.
The workshop is highly interactive, providing participants with the chance to examine their own brain preferences with the help of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator® instrument and then explore how this knowledge can help them when working with others.
