Entertainment, Engaging, Energetic, Evolving, Excitement Enlightening, Extraordinary & Enjoyable...

Perfect Pizzazz Ltd has evolved a facilitation methodology with 160 expert facilitators and master trainers. The compilation of ideas, skills and talents achieve a single and essential goal to "Perfect Your Natural Pizzazz" relative to your presentation style and need. Refined facilitation tips, tools and techniques have been gathered from over 400 international workshops, and feedback from more than 20,000 participants within Canada, America and New Zealand.

Testimonials have been recorded that attest to the success of the workshops, and being in the presence of wonderful positive energy, personal dynamics and unique styles of extraordinary facilitators is empowering to even the most passive and reluctant presenter.

This examination and use of the eight ‘E’ elements of Facilitation will develop your own unique style of facilitation and bring you greater success in every presentation situation you find yourself in. You may be a CEO, Manager, Sport Leader, Team Leader, Sales Person or simply the rotating Chairperson of a small group – regardless of the purpose for your presentation, you will find yourself utilising the tips, tools and techniques you acquire from this workshop for the rest of your life. You may use them in a large group, small team or in your one on one situations, but you will use them better, on a daily basis.
After the workshop you will see people in a new light, and you will undoubtedly communicate with them in a renewed way that reflects your newly acquired facilitation talents.

Common workshop feedback and letters to the Master Facilitator generally read as follows…
“I have never learned so much, particularly about myself, and had so much fun doing it” and
“other trainers ought to go to Paul’s workshop, so we aren’t so bored whenever we have to sit through their training” and
“everyone should learn how to facilitate with pizzazz” and
“I used to feel like I was someone that no one really noticed, and now I know I have a tremendous amount to offer, and I know how to present it with pizzazz” and
“there is certainly NOTHING normal about pizzazz – so why be normal?”.

Facilitation with Pizzazz, is what you learn after you have finished your education…

Paul Jonson of Perfect Pizzazz Ltd. has designed and facilitated many Corporate and Not-for-Profit Training Workshops and Customer Specific Presentations, most of which have been oriented to personal and professional development. He is currently producing three eBooks, and the content and worksheets of these will all be available on-line in 2012.
Paul's unique skills as a facilitator are a combination of his own unique style and a direct accumulation from the quality of people he has trained with, and he brings that talent and experience to the floor on every occasion.
Paul has been back in New Zealand for almost 7 years after 28 years in Canada and training all across North America. He has attended numerous training programs within New Zealand to observe other trainer/facilitator styles to ensure he is not duplicating anything in the presentation marketplace, and he is confident without a shadow of doubt, there is no one covering the material he uses, nor presents it with the energy he is accustomed to. Facilitation is a talent that can be learned, and Paul works to ensure that every participant takes away a comprehensive presentation package unique to their individual needs and expectations.
