The Essentials for Extraordinary Leadership Coaching Programme is based on the work of Debbie Ford, the New York Times best-selling author, film producer and founder of the Ford Institute for Integrative Coaching. Essentials Coaching derives from her most recent books, The Right Questions, and The Best Year of Your Life. Ford developed this work out of her passionate desire to support individuals in their journey to self-leadership, the first step in making one of the greatest contributions in life; that of being an extraordinary leader to others.
The Essentials Coaching relationship is a powerful and transformative one-on-one process for leaders and aspiring leaders who are ready to open themselves to new possibilities in their lives. Integrative coaching is a “whole brain” process which bridges the gap between the logical mind and intuitive wisdom. In preparation to be fully responsible, empowered and creative leaders, clients are guided to access the information and wisdom that already exists within them. Continuously held in the highest vision of themselves, clients will:
• Create a strong foundation for becoming the leader they want to be
• Reclaim their personal power by becoming complete with the past
• Identify and shift any areas of their life that are out of alignment with
their own personal integrity
• Operate with the utmost level of responsibility in their daily

The Essentials for Extraordinary Leadership coaching model is designed to be a profound, life-altering transformational journey, which spans the course of approximately four months. During this time, clients are guided through a deliberate and proven coaching process that consistently produces breakthrough results.
How do Integrative Coaching models differ from other types of coaching?
Integrative coaching models are specifically designed to teach clients new life perspectives, distinctions, practices and skills. In each of the coaching sessions clients are taught a new concept to empower them in understanding and handling the circumstances and experiences of their life.
What is the Follow-up?
Most clients continue with fortnightly sessions which hold them in the space of extraordinary leadership.

Jenny Devine is a Certified Integrative Coach trained by The Ford Institute for Integrative Coaching at JFK University, California. She has a Masters Degree in Consciousness Studies from the University of Philosophical Research in Los Angeles and is also a certified Yoga teacher from Kripalu in Massachusetts. She is credentialed by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as an associate certified coach and is currently the event /speaker co-ordinator for the Auckland ICF leadership team. Jenny has been married for twenty one years and has two sons.
Jenny has recently returned to New Zealand to establish her own coaching business after living in New York for almost six years. She has a background in the New Zealand health system where she worked as a charge nurse, had various management roles and was co-founder and co-director of Harper Devine Ltd., a health consultancy business.
A leader of nurses and allied staff from the age of 27, Jenny knew that her passion in life was to develop human potential. A fourteen year career in health management and consultancy gave her opportunities to fulfil this passion to varying degrees, but it wasn’t until 2004, when she began to study as a coach, that she realized she had happened upon a science and an art that, as the London School of Business describes, is the single most powerful process ever devised for releasing individual human potential.
As she embarked on years of intensive study while living in New York, Jenny knew if she was to be consistently successful at guiding leaders to release their potential she must do as the great wisdom masters have guided for thousands of years and take her own inward journey: a journey into the heart of consciousness and all that stands in the way of human awakening.
Now living in Auckland Jenny is living her vision; coaching leaders to embark on their own awakening process of self-awareness - and awaken they do, with all the possibility for humankind that may ensue from their onward journey.
