Use this two-day course to update your understanding of how adults learn, and design training that meets the needs of diverse learners.
We will cover a number of strategies which are effective for managing the learning environment, including tips for dealing with reluctant or disruptive participants. In addition, we will provide you with guidelines to design a workshop or seminar, with clearly measurable learning outcomes and satisfied participants.

You will leave the course feeling confident and competent when training others.

different learning styles
techniques for training and coaching adults
questioning skills
dealing with reluctant learners.
